The Fire Knight Comodo Series is a self-contained fire detection and suppression system designed for confined, sensitive, and high-value spaces. It is well suited for applications such as recreational vehicles, marine environments, electrical rooms, storage areas, heritage structures, and other locations where traditional fire protection systems are impractical.

Comodo operates without the need for plumbing or complex wiring, making it ideal for retrofit installations and space-constrained environments across India.

How the System Works

Comodo uses advanced multi-sensor technology, including flame detection and rate-of-rise heat monitoring, to identify fire risks at the earliest possible stage.

When a potential fire threat is detected, the integrated camera captures a still image for visual verification. Once the system confirms a genuine fire event, it automatically releases a water-based suppressant to help control the fire and limit its spread.

Users receive immediate alerts through The Fire Knight mobile app or desktop platform. Where enabled, the system can also be integrated with a 24-hour command centre for continuous monitoring and rapid escalation.

The Fire Knight Comodo Series is a compact, self-contained fire detection and suppression system designed for confined and high-value spaces. Whether protecting RVs, marine vessels, small storage areas, or heritage buildings, Comodo delivers fast, targeted fire protection without the need for plumbing or complex wiring.

How it works

Using multi-sensor technology, including flame detection and rate-of-rise heat monitoring, Comodo detects fire threats in their earliest stages. The integrated camera captures an image when a threat is detected, providing visual verification before activation. Once confirmed, the system automatically releases a water-based suppressant to help control and suppress the fire while preventing its spread.

Users are notified instantly via The Fire Knight’s mobile app or desktop platform. Optional integration with a 24-hour command centre ensures real-time monitoring and rapid response in critical situations.

Available in Black or White, the Comodo Series is offered in three compact sizes:

Designed for flexibility and ease of deployment, Comodo provides powerful protection in a compact footprint, making it suitable for both permanent installations and mobile applications.

Manual Activation Capability

In urgent situations, the Comodo unit can be removed from its purpose-built wall mounting bracket, aimed at the fire, and activated manually using the built-in activation button located at the end of the cylinder.

This feature provides an additional layer of response where direct intervention is required.

1. Mounting & Nozzle Flexibility

• Each Comodo system includes a dedicated wall mounting bracket that securely supports both the cylinder and the adjustable sensor module.
• A 90-degree pipe fitting is supplied, allowing for downward spray configurations without rotating the cylinder
• The sensor module is mounted on a 90-degree adjustable bracket, enabling outward or downward detection coverage
• Coverage area may vary depending on mounting height, nozzle orientation, and environmental conditions.
